Congratulations to Clint Wilkie on receiving the Southern NSW Local Health District Dr
Allan Hawke AC Award for Outstanding Leadership
Based at South East Regional Hospital, Clint joined SNSWLHD in early 2024 as the Head of
Physiotherapy for the Coastal Network and was appointed as the Manager Allied Health &
Community for the network in 2025.
Clint was nominated by his colleagues for being a highly visible, approachable, and accessible
leader, demonstrating a strong work ethic that consistently sets the bar for others. He
consistently demonstrates a supportive style in his leadership that engages others in a positive
way to ensure our patients, their carers and families receive the best care possible.
Clint has a strong focus on outcomes within his service, and also works with other providers in
the Coastal Network and across the District to meet service requirements with a clear focus on
results.
This award is named in honour of Dr Allan Hawke AC (1948-2022), a distinguished public
servant who made a significant contribution to Southern as Board Chair.
